Veganism Week one!

So far so good

I have managed to last the week without Dairy or Fish. Tuesday's 'Fish and chips' alternative was tasty (homemade chips and veggie bake for me), and the canteen at work have been great at creating me 'vegan sushi', which sounds contradictory, but is actually delicious.

Snacking seems to have become a thing of the past this week. I realised that all me 'energy snacks' I munch on at work are not Vegan, containing either honey or milk. Or both. So I am sure I'll see the benefits of that. Especially as I am now snacking on bananas and grapes more often.

I did feel jealous when everyone tucked into the chocolate pudding and custard this week, but I got over it quickly by distracting myself with loading the dishwasher.

I have not ventured out for a meal yet. I have two evenings booked out in the coming weeks, so this will be the real test!
