Veganism Week 3 - cheese

So this week I have decided that being a Vegan is boring.
I have not had a slice of cheese for three weeks, or a glass of wine, or a decent pasta meal.
Everything is off limits.
I am surviving on vegetables, and fruit. Which is healthy, yes I do agree with that. However it is also incredibly dull .
I haven't missed fish, which is something that has surprised me. I thought I would be craving prawns, even a piece of cod. But I am not.
the students at school think it is hilarious watching me scrabbling around in the canteen looking for anything that does not contain dairy, and then giving up and leaving with a black coffee.
However saying that, I have found is surprisingly easy to stick to the diet. I am just making myself separate meals. I have given up with the vegan cheese and just going without now. Which is doable. With some dishes .I actually like salad, and I have enjoyed making fresh veggie soup. Which to be honest has been a god send in this ridiculous Winter/Spring we seem to be having.
I think I may have found it more difficult had I been feeling well this month, but my illness has meant that I have little appetite anyway. So bonus!
